It is also suitable for toddler lunch because of its soft texture

INGREDIENT
1 tempeh board (250 g kurleb)
1 egg
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/4 onion (chopped)
2 pieces of garlic (chopped)
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
to taste Panir flour

Sauce Ingredients
6 tbsp ready to use BBQ sauce
1 piece of chopped garlic
1/4 of a sliced onion
50 ml of water
Salt
Sugar

STEP
1. Saute the onions and garlic until fragrant
2. Add water, BBQ sauce, sugar, salt, stir until boiling, set aside.
3. Steam the tempeh
4. Puree tempeh, onion and garlic
5. Then add the eggs, all-purpose seasoning flour, sugar, salt, mix well
6. Flat oval shape
7. Pour the tempeh into the flour
8. Fry in hot oil over medium heat until cooked
9. Serve with sauce, french fries and boiled vegetables
