EASY MANGO SAGO

Stuffing ingredients (just adjust your taste):
350 gr sweet fragrant mango pulp, cut into small squares
Pearl sago which has been boiled until cooked
Chia seeds, soak with enough water; leave it until fluffy (if you want to use basil seeds you can do it too)

Ingredients for mango milk:
300 gr sweet fragrant mango pulp
75 grams of sweetened condensed milk
250 ml of evaporated milk
500 ml of liquid full cream milk
How to make:

2. Prepare a large bowl, put all the stuffing ingredients gradually into the bowl and then pour the mango milk; stir well. Don’t forget to taste the taste correction, if it’s not sweet enough, you can add another dose of sweetened condensed milk or if you want to use liquid sugar, it’s okay too.
3. After that, keep it in a closed container and put it in the refrigerator, let it cool because it tastes better served cold. Enjoy!
