Sauteed Rebon Pumpkin
1 chayote, thinly sliced
1 carrot, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon rebon shrimp
2 crushed and chopped garlic
3 thinly sliced shallots
2 red curly chilies, sliced oblique
1 geprek galangal segment
1 bay leaf
Salt & powdered broth to taste
Oil for sauteing
– Slice the pumpkin thinly, sprinkle with salt and squeeze it briefly then wash it clean
– Saute the sliced spices until fragrant, add the rebon shrimp, stir until the rebon mateng.
– Add pumpkin, galangal and bay leaves, stir well.
– Season to taste salt and powder broth, cook until soft.
