Stuffing material:
Chocolate paste
Cheese Dry Sus Ingredients:
200 g margarine
400 mL of water / milk
200 g medium protein flour
5 eggs
1.5 tsp DA baking powder
Pinch of salt
50 g of grated cheese
Chocolate Sus Ingredients
150 g margarine
300 mL water / milk
130 g medium protein flour
4 eggs
1 tsp DA baking powder
Pinch of salt
20 g cocoa powder
1. Cook in a pan, margarine, water, and salt until it boils. Turn down the heat.

2. Enter the triangular flour (and cocoa powder for chocolate milk dough) by sifting beforehand. Stir quickly until smooth. Allow the dough to come to room temperature so that it rises properly.

3. After room temperature, put the eggs one by one while in the mixer. Or you can also beat the eggs first, then add it little by little while in the mixer.

4. Add grated cheese (for original cheese dough). Mixer until combined.

5. Add baking powder, mixer until well blended.

6. Put the dough into the piping bag. If you have a syringe, print it on a baking sheet with baking silicon on it.
7. Put the dough into the preheated oven, oven for 30 minutes on high heat, the next 30 minutes, medium heat tends to be high (total 1 era)

8. Dry skewer (crackling sound) add the chocolate paste into the hole.

9. It’s room temperature, store in an airtight container. .
