Homemade buttercream
(Only 2 materials and sturdy texture)

Material :
– 125gr white butter (for those. kilos, buy 1 / 4kg, just split it 2)
– 100 ml / 13sdm / 3 sachets of SKM

How to make :
– white menteg mixer (medium speed) for 10-15 minutes, then add SKM, the mixer back on high speed 10-15 minutes,
– input the pipping bag ready to use

* note:
– I use kilos of white butter, which is 250gr in size, just divide it by 2 to 125gr
