As for the ingredients⁣⁣
1,1 / 2 coconut (choose medium) ⁣⁣
1 tablespoon tamarind + a little water, make it like pasta
3 tablespoons white sugar⁣⁣
1/2 round brown sugar (comb) ⁣⁣
5 bay leaves⁣⁣
1sdt of flavoring⁣⁣
1 teaspoon salt⁣⁣
8 bjk b red ➡⁣⁣
6 white b cloves
1/2 turmeric index finger ➡⁣⁣
2.5 tablespoons of ground coriander (which has been roasted and blended finely) ⁣⁣
smooth blender (with a little oil) ➡➡➡⁣⁣
1. Saute ground spices & ground coriander, until fragrant
2. provide a basin, then enter the ground spices & tamarind paste, brown sugar, white sugar, and flavorings … ⁣⁣
3. then squeeze until evenly distributed, may taste “is it just right?”
If so
4. Roast all coconut ingredients until dry … at least 1 hour (low heat) ⁣⁣
After drying (if the coconut becomes light) ⁣⁣
You can air it … when it’s cold, you can pack it and put it on a jar👍🤣⁣⁣
