Material :
14 pcs Kepok bananas (split 2)
200 gr brown sugar, comb
600 ml of water
60 grams of sugar
Pinch of salt
3 pieces of pandan leaves, torn and knotted

How to make :
1. Cook brown sugar with 100 ml of water until dissolved. Filter.
2. In a skillet, cook bananas, 500 ml of water and pandanus until it boils.
3. Enter the sugar, brown sugar and salt. Every now and then just stir it so it doesn’t burn.
4. Cook until the water is reduced and thickens or the sugar has caramelized. Turn off the stove. Serve.
