INGREDIENT :
225 g tapioca flour
50 g flour
pinch of salt
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon coriander
1 spring onion
– + 1.5 glasses of hot water

BUMBU PEREDAM:
5 pieces of cayenne pepper
2 red chilies
3 spring onions
2 cloves of garlic
2 candlenuts
a handful of peanuts, fried
to taste sweet soy sauce
to taste salt and brown sugar
to taste cooking oil
sufficient water

HOW TO:
➡️ make aci satay:
Puree the garlic and coriander, wash the leeks and finely chop.
in a separate container, mix flour, tapioca flour and salt. Stir well, add the ground spices with the chopped green onions, give the hot water a little, stir quickly, knead until smooth, form an elliptical shape, grease the cooking oil in the steaming filter, then steam for about 30 minutes until cooked.
Remove and wait until it is cold and then cut into cubes, then pierce it with a skewer.

➡️ satay seasoning and marinade: fry shallots, garlic, red chilies and cayenne pepper until wilted, then remove and grind together the hazelnut, coriander and fried peanuts until smooth.
prepare a frying pan, add the spices that have been mashed. add water, salt, brown sugar and sweet soy sauce, cook until the spices are slightly thick, don’t forget to correct the taste.
take enough peanut sauce, add cooking oil and sweet soy sauce, mix well, then apply on the skewered aci satay.

prepare the burnt, wait until it’s hot, then grilled the aci satay, while occasionally turning it back and forth and smearing it with the marinade, grilled until the aci satay is cooked.
the aci satay which has been added with peanut sauce so it is even better, serve it while it’s warm 😋
