Anti-Fail Steamed Banana Bolu No Egg


2 ripe bananas (I use Ambon banana)
9 tablespoons granulated sugar
9 tablespoons vegetable oil
17 tablespoons flour
½ more glass of liquid milk (100 ml)
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
How to make
Mash the bananas with a fork, after mixing, mix the sugar, stir well, then add a little vegetable oil, stir well
Then enter the flour mixture, baking powder and baking soda (which has been mixed and then filtered) into the mixture a little then mix well
Then enter the milk a little, stir until well blended
After the dough is well blended, add the dough to the cup (which usually makes the steamed sponge bloom)
Steam (previously the steamer was already hot) for 20 minutes (in the process of steaming the pot lid, don’t open it)
