Material :
• 100 gr tapioca
• 100 grams of flour
• 150 ml hot water
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 tsp powdered stock
• 1/4 tsp ground pepper
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 2 eggs
• To taste balado seasoning
• Sufficient water to boil
