Material :
– 2 Ripe Mangoes (500 gr)
– 2 sanchets of white sweetened condensed milk
– 5 tbsp sugar
– a pinch of salt
– 100 miles of warm cooking water
– ice cream sticks to taste
How to make :
1. Cut into small pieces of mangoes, then mash them in a blender / if there is no blender, you can grind them using a fork, set aside.
2. Dissolve sugar with warm water, stir until dissolved
3.In a container Combine: Puree mango, white sweetened condensed milk, and sugar solution water, add a pinch of salt, stir well
4. Prepare the Loly ice mold, then pour it into the mold, do it until it runs out, in the middle plug the ice cream stick
5. Place in freezer until frozen
6. After it is completely frozen, serve it cold, it’s more delicious
Note: o’yah mom’s better enjoy it, have breakfast first, and preferably in the afternoon it’s fresher 😊👌
