FRIED BREAD ISI BASO COW

BREAD MATERIAL I:
350 gr flour chakra
150 gr triangular flour
50 gr sugar
10 gr powdered milk
3 egg yolks
1 egg white
150 ml of warm water
10 gr instant yeast ‘
BREAD MATERIAL 2:
5 grams of salt
100 gr butter

Stuffing: Stir-fry beef baso

Upholstery:
Egg white, beat off
Panir flour to taste

Way:
1. Activating yeast: In a large glass put the yeast and warm water (not hot), add 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 tablespoon flour, stir. Let stand until the yeast expands to fill the glass
2. In a bowl, add remaining bread ingredients 1
3. Add the yeast that has expanded while stirring the dough (don’t pour the yeast water all at once, you think it’s enough to stop it, so it’s not too mushy)
4. Mixer / knead until smooth
5. Add all ingredients number 2, knead again until smooth elastic. Must be completely smooth / windowpane elastic
6. Round it off, let stand 1 hour until it expands twice
7. Kempiskan dough, for each 30 gr. Let stand 15 minutes
8. Roll out the dough, form a round shape, arrange on a baking sheet. Let stand for another 1 hour
10. Dip into egg white, roll in flour panir
11. Fry in hot oil over low heat until cooked, turning only once so it doesn’t absorb the oil
.
Beef Baso Stuffing (makes 1/2 recipe)
10 beef meatballs, chopped
2 shallots, finely chopped
1 garlic, finely chopped
Green onion, sliced
Soy sauce
Oyster sauce
Soy sauce / salt
Ground pepper
Sugar
.
Way:
Saute onion & white until fragrant, add baso & green onion.
