300 gr white rice, puree with a fork but not too smooth
1 egg
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1.5 tsp powdered mushroom broth
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 scallion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fried onions
150 gr of corn starch
Enough cooking oil for frying

How to make:
1. Mix and stir all ingredients together until blended except for the corn starch. After it is well mixed, then add the sago flour, then stir again until blended.
2. Heat the oil, take enough pempek rice mixture then make it round / may use the help of a tablespoon then put it in hot oil; fry over medium heat until cooked brown, remove and drain. Do it so on like that until the dough runs out of fry. Serve with the cuko pempek. Enjoy!
Note: the size of the flour can be adjusted according to the condition of each dough, where can the dose be less or more ☺
