CHOCO SOFT COOKIES

150 gr good quality butter
* required butter, not margarine❌ please don’t ask again, definitely different taste️❗️
150 grams of brown sugar
25 grams of sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla paste
1 large egg * 60 gr
250 gr all purpose flour * blue triangle
20 gr good quality cocoa powder (free brand)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon baking soda
* sieve the ingredients B
250 gr good quality chocochips (free brand)
Mix all ingredients A except eggs, high speed mixer kurleb 3 minutes. Then add the eggs, mixer lg 1 minute.
Enter the sifted B material, stir with a spatula until blended. Then enter the chocochips, stir again until blended.
Weigh the dough each “100 grams. Round. Do it until it’s finished. Arrange in an airtight container. Store in the freezer for 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 185 degrees fire up and down.
Take the dough out of the freezer, arrange it on a baking sheet with baking paper, give it a gap because it will widen. Oven oven for 10 minutes.
