MILO ICE CREAM HOMEMADE 🍦

🍨 3 boxes of 200ml freshmilk (total 600ml freshmilk)
🍨 2 sachets of sweetened condensed milk
🍨 5 tbsp sugar
🍨 2 tbsp (cornstarch)
🍨 1 tbsp SP
🍨 3 sachets of powdered Milo (18 g)
How to make :
👉 Put the liquid milk into the pan, add sugar, and cook until hot.
👉 When it is about to boil, add the milo powder and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch that has been diluted with 1 tablespoon of liquid milk and cook until thickened, turn off the stove, store in a container.
👉 Let it cool, put in the freezer until the dough is frozen (I 7 hours in the freezer).
👉 After the dough is frozen, scrape it off using a spoon, put it in the container for the mixer.
👉 Mixer at high speed, then enter the SP that is already in the team.
👉 Mixer again until it expands (I mix it for 20 minutes), the longer it takes to mix the ice cream dough.
👉 Put in the freezer until frozen & ready to enjoy, enjoy
