SERABI KINCA

Material :
150 gr flour
50 gr rice flour
30 grams of sugar
1/2 teaspoon instant yeast
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
250 ml coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
Pandan paste and green coloring

How to make :
1. Mix all the ingredients, stir until smooth and free of nerves, add pandan paste and green coloring. Let stand 30 minutes.
2. Heat the Teflon skillet, pour in a spoon of the dough vegetable … leave it for a while and cover (don’t need to turn it over)
3. Cook until the surface is dry, remove and set aside.

Kinca Sauce:
350 ml coconut milk
100 gr brown sugar, comb
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 sheet of pandan leaves
1 teaspoon cornstarch, dissolve in a little water

How to make :
1. Cook coconut milk, sugar, salt and pandan leaves, stirring until sugar dissolves.
2. Enter the cornstarch solution, let it boil and begin to thicken. Lift.
3. Serve the serabi covered with saun kinca.
