COLENAK in delicious cocols

Materials
250 gr cassava tape (many tastes)
Sufficiently chopped peanuts
Sufficient margarine for basting

Unti material
150 ml of liquid coconut milk
100 gr grated coconut
2 tablespoons granulated sugar (if you want it sweeter you can add sugar)
2 pieces of brown sugar
Pinch of salt

How to make
. Toasted peanuts that have been chopped until brown (don’t let them burn 🤭)
. Discard the wick of the tape then cut it according to taste
. Brush the tape with margarine
. Heat the teflon
. bake the tape until browned over medium heat
How to make the unti
. Cook the liquid coconut milk, grated coconut sugar, brown sugar and a pinch of cooking salt over medium heat until thickened and the water content is reduced
. Remove then pour over the roasted tape then sprinkle with the roasted peanuts
