SOP KONRO

Bahan:
500 gr iga
200 gr tetelan
1/2 kelapa parut, sangrai hingga kering. Haluskan dengan chopper.
1500 ml air
1/2 buah pala
2 lembar daun salam
2 lembar daun jeruk
2 cm kayumanis
1/2 sdm kaldu sapi
Garam dan gula secukupnya

Bumbu halus:
6 bamer
3 baput
4 kemiri
1/2 sdm ketumbar
1/2 sdt jinten
2 buah kluwak

Cara membuat:
1. Rebus iga dan tetelan. Aku pakai presto agar cepat empuk.
2. Tumis bumbu halus, masukkan ke kaldu rebusan iga.
3. Masukkan kelapa sangrai dan bumbu rempah lainnya.
4. Masukkan kaldu sapi, garam dan gula sesuai selera. Masak hingga bumbu meresap.
5. Sajikan hangat dengan daun bawang, jeruk nipis, dan sambal 😍
