1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg white
100 gr small ice cubes

500 gr beef bones
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar (instead of MSG)
1 teaspoon ground pepper
2 garlic, thinly sliced
3 red onions, thinly sliced
1 bunch of chives, sliced small.

Complement:
bottled sauce, tomato sauce, fried onions, boiled glass noodles

Way:
1. Boil 2 liters of water to a boil.
2. Blend the meat with a food processor until it’s completely smooth, then add all the remaining ingredients, process again until thoroughly blended. Take enough with your left hand, then squeeze, so that the sphere appears, then take the sphere with the help of a spoon in the right hand, dip directly into boiling water, turn off the flame first, work until it is finished, then turn on the fire again, cook until cooked, lift the meatballs, soak it in ice water, drain it (then store it in the freezer when used as supplies), but if eaten directly, further processing the sauce.
3. Sauce: Enter the bone in the meat boiled meatballs, boil about 30 minutes. Saute garlic and onion with 2 tablespoons of cooking oil until fragrant, put it in the boiled water of meatballs, add salt, sugar and pepper, taste correction, add sprinkling of leeks, turn off the heat.
4. Presentation: put the meatballs in a bowl, give enough sauce, serve with the complement.
.
Note:
1. Meat used can be fresh meat or meat that has been stored in the freezer. What I use to make meatballs is meat that has been stored in the freezer.
2. If you don’t have a food processor, just bring the meat to the mill on the market. Don’t use a blender, it will break later. .
