500 g potatoes
1 tablespoon of rice flour⁣⁣⁣
2 tablespoons milk powder ⁣⁣⁣
3 tablespoons cornstarch ⁣⁣⁣
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon mushroom broth
1/4 tsp ground pepper
2 cloves of garlic puree
Way: ⁣⁣⁣
1. Boil the potatoes until just soft, do not get soft huh .. Slice small
2. Add rice flour, milk powder, cornstarch, mushroom broth salt, ground pepper, and white bw. Stir until evenly mixed.⁣⁣⁣

4. Save the dough that has been formed into the refrigerator, so it is sturdy (kurĺeb 30-60 minutes)
5. Fry on medium heat until golden yellow.
