CILOR (ACI TELOR)
CILOR aci egg
• 200 grams of tapioca flour
• 30 grams of flour
• 1 sachet of 4 grams of garlic
• 2 tsp chicken powder / mushroom broth
• 1/2 tsp ground pepper
• 2 celery stems, thinly sliced
• 2 eggs, beat
• 180 ml of boiling hot water
• 20 ml cooking oil • Boning spices chili / according to taste ,.
• Mix tapioca flour, flour, broth, pepper, garlic, celery leaves, stir well
• Pour only a little hot water while stirring using your hands, the texture is not soft / hard, as long as it is non-sticky. Aci dough shape extends according to taste
• Boil the water with 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, add the batter in the mixture that has been pulung, until the aci floats. Lift drain and cool, then cut into pieces.
• Heat the cooking oil, add the aci chunks while stirring back and forth for about 5 minutes, then pour the beaten eggs, stir them into scrambled scrambles, cook until they are all shredded, remove from heat.
• Sajika together with seasoning according to taste.
