1 kg of good beef
100 gr tapioca flour
3 tablespoons flour
2 eggs
7 cloves of garlic
7 tablespoons fried garlic
3 tablespoons fried shallots
Ice cubes as needed
2 tablespoons salt peres
1 beef Masako sachet
100 gr cayenne pepper (skip it)
10 large red chili peppers (skip it)
A little oil for sauteing
How to make:
– grind all meat ingredients and seasonings with ice cubes, until smooth and well blended
– Sauté the chillies that have been coiled with a little oil, remove from heat
– divide the meatballs into 2 parts
– cook water in a pan, let it boil. Then take 1 part of the meatball mixture. Flatten as much as marbles, fill it with chili stir fry. Shape like a marble, with the help of a teaspoon. Enter in boiling water. Do it until it runs out.

Meatball Sauce:
1/2 kg of beef bone
1 tablespoon fried garlic
7 grains of garlic puree
2 leeks in finely chopped
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1 deaf flower
1 tbsp salt (to taste)
