🍰Korean Cream Cheese Garlic Bread🍰

Bahan roti:
200 gr tepung pro tinggi
45 gr tepung serbaguna
15 gr susu bubuk
6 gr Ragi Instant
40 gr gula pasir
180 gr (1 butir telur+20gr whipped cream bubuk+ susu cair sampai total 180gr)
30 gr Butter
2 gr garam

Filling Cream Cheese :
250 gr Cream Cheese (suhu ruang)
70-100 gr whipped cream cair
25 gr Gula halus

Garlic Butter Sauce :
130 gr Butter
3 butir bawang putih
30 gr SKM
1 butir telur
1 sdm parsley
Sejumput garam (apabila pke unsalted butter)

Taburan : Parmesan Cheese

Cara membuat roti :
•Campur rata terigu,susu bubuk,gula,ragi
• sambil diaduk rata tuang adonan cair sedikit demi sedikit
• uleni sampai setengah kalis masukkan butter dan garam uleni kembali sampai kalis elastis
• bulatkan adonan olesi wadah dg minyak, tutup dg cling wrap proofing sampai mengembang 2x lipat sekitar 1jam
•setelah mengembang kempiskan adonan timbang sekitar 60gr bulatkan adonan
Proofing kembali selama 30 menit
• panggang dg suhu 180°C selama 15-20menit /sampai matang
(Sesuaikan oven masing²)

Filling :
Campur semua bahan mixer sampai lembut

Garlic Butter :
• Cairkan butter/margarine smpe leleh
• kemudian masukkan telur,SKM,madu,telur,bawang putih cincang/parut, aduk dg whisk sampai tercampur rata.

Penyelesaian:
• Iris/bagi roti menjadi 6 bagian
• celupkan kedalam garlic sauce
• baru di spread dg cream cheese
• Taburi dg Keju Parmesan dan sedikit parsley flakes
•Panggang lagi dg suhu 160-170°C
Selama 15menit sampai matang
