Korean Cream Cheese Garlic Bread🍰

Bread Ingredients:
200 gr high pro flour
45 gr all-purpose flour
15 gr of milk powder
6 grams Instant Yeast
40 gr sugar
180 gr (1 egg + 20gr whipped cream powder + liquid milk until a total of 180gr)
30 gr Butter
2 grams of salt

Filling Cream Cheese:
250 gr Cream Cheese (room temperature)
70-100 gr liquid whipped cream
25 gr Refined sugar

Garlic Butter Sauce:
130 gr Butter
3 garlic grains
30 gr SKM
1 egg
1 tablespoon parsley
A pinch of salt (if unsalted butter)

How to make bread:
Mix evenly flour, milk powder, sugar, yeast
• while stirring evenly pour the liquid mixture little by little
• knead until half smooth add butter and knead salt again until smooth elastic
• round the dough spread with oil container, cover with cling wrap proofing until fluffy 2x fold about 1 hour
• after flattening the dough, weigh about 60gr round the dough
Proofing again for 30 minutes
• bake at 180 ° C for 15-20 minutes / until cooked

Filling:
Mix all mixer ingredients until smooth

Garlic Butter:
• Melt the melted butter / margarine
• then add eggs, SKM, honey, eggs, minced garlic / grated, stir with whisk until evenly mixed.

Settlement:
• Slice / divide bread into 6 parts
• dip it in garlic sauce
• just spread with cream cheese
• Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese and a little parsley flakes
• Bake again at 160-170 ° C
For 15 minutes until cooked
