Saute Ati Ampela Chilli Ijo

Ingredients :
4 pairs of gizzard liver
5 pcs big green chili
10 pcs of cayenne pepper
2 cloves of garlic
3 cloves of shallot
3 more scallions
5 lbs thinly sliced orange leaves
2 Petai Islands
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
Salt to taste
Enough cooking oil for sauteing

How to make :
1. Wash the liver of the boiled gizzard until tender and cut it according to taste. Set aside
2. Heat a frying pan with cooking oil.
3. Saute the garlic duo until fragrant then add the leeks. Stir well
4. Put in cayenne pepper and green chili and orange leaf
5. Put the banana mixture evenly
6. Add oyster sauce and salt to taste taste correction. Cook until well done
7. Lift and serve.
