700 gr beef, I use frozen beef from the supermarket, leave it to room temperature / no longer frozen, wash it clean.

* boil the meat until the water boils, lift, remove the water. Then boil again with fresh water until the meat is tender, cut into pieces

Ground spices
15 cloves of shallot
7 cloves of garlic
5 pecans, fried
3 cm ginger
4 cm kencur
2 cm turmeric
3 red chilies
Cayenne pepper if you like
Cemplung seasoning:
1 bay leaf
3 pieces of orange number 8, discard the middle
3 lemongrass stalks, geprek
A thumb of galangal geprek
1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
500 ml of meat broth broth
2 tablespoons instant coconut milk / may skip if you want the sauce not too thick

5 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 tsp ground pepper
Broth Powder
How to make:
1. Heat enough cooking oil to saute. Saute ground spices and spices until fragrant and cooked
2. Add the ground pepper
3. Enter the sweet soy sauce around the edges of the spices containing the oil, wait until the soy sauce is bubbly, stir well
4. Enter the meat, stir well
5. Add the broth, salt and coconut milk (if using), stir, reduce the heat, cook until the spices soak into the meat and the water begins to decrease, finally enter the powdered stock, stir
6. Lift, serve
