Chicken katsu recipe

Material: ⁣
• 1 piece of chicken breast (fillet of meat) .⁣
• 1 egg (shake it off) .⁣
• Flour to taste. ⁣
• Flour to taste. ⁣
• Seasoning: Salt, seasoning mushrooms and pepper to taste. ⁣
• Oil for frying⁣
Way: ⁣
1. Cover chicken fillet with seasonings, set aside.⁣
2.Turn the chicken one by one to the flour and then dip it in the egg then roll it into a panir flour until it is evenly distributed. Set aside.⁣
3. Heat the oil, fry the chicken until golden yellow.⁣
4. Lift and ready to be served with chili sauce
