Material :

– 1 tempe board

– 1 ounce anchovies Medan

– salt

– sugar

– flavoring

– lemongrass

– galangal

– onions

Ground spices

– 10 curly chilies

– 3 cloves of garlic

– 1 candle nut

– turmeric

How to make :

1. Fried tempeh and anchovies separately until dry.

2. Thinly slice the onions then saute with the spices, lemongrass and galangal that has been geprek
