Bottom layer material: ⁣⁣
– 25 grams of white hunkwe flour⁣⁣
– 25 grams of rice flour⁣⁣
– 1 1/2 cup water (mine: 1 cup water + 1/2 cup water pandan blender + suji) ⁣⁣
– 1/2 cup granulated sugar⁣⁣
– 6 jackfruit eyes, remove seeds and cut into small squares⁣⁣
Top layer material: ⁣⁣
– 25 grams of white hunkwe flour⁣⁣
– 2 cups coconut milk⁣⁣
– 1/2 teaspoon salt⁣⁣
How to make: ⁣⁣
1. First make a measurement from pandan leaves (about 10 pieces with 6 cm each side) (I use a pudding cup) ⁣⁣
2. Mix all the ingredients under the layer except jackfruit to the pan. Stir well. Cook over medium heat while continuing to stir until it thickens and bursts. Lift. Enter jackfruit, stir well.⁣⁣
3. Pour the mixture into the pudding cup until it is half as high as the cup. Allow to cool (do not put the refrigerator) .⁣⁣
4. In another pan, cook the top layer ingredients. Keep stirring it until it pops up. Raise up.⁣⁣
5. Pour over the bottom layer. Let the hot steam disappear and put it in the refrigerator. Ready to be served cold
