Sambal Teri 🌶🍅

1/4 dry anchovies
4 garlic
8 onions
15 red chilies
8 cayenne peppers
1.5 pecan roasted
2 tomatoes
1 tsp trasi
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon of brown sugar comb
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon of broth powder
📌 Steps:
1. Wash all ingredients thoroughly
2. Cut chilies and onions so that when fried they don’t break in the oil because it makes oil seeds like firecrackers that make the hands hurt by oil suction (my language oh my!)
3. Fried chili, onion, tomatoes, candlenut
4. Fried trasi in a separate place
5. Uleg become one
6. Add brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, powdered stock, stir well, check the taste
7. Add dried fried anchovies
8. Mix into one
9. Fried chili sauce with a little oil
10. Stir until the color is deep red, the longer it is stored the longer it is stored
11. Store in glass bottles for stock, can last 2 weeks less
12. For longer stock can be reared again
13. Serve with warm rice
