Steamed sponge cake
2 eggs uk. Big
225 grm granulated sugar
250 grm blue key flour (I use 230 grm, the testur is softer)
150 cc canned soda / sprite water
1 tsp sp / tbm
Coloring to taste.
Sugar mixer, egg and sp until thick and fluffy, alternately flour and soda water mixer continues until the mixture is even.
For the dough, give color according to taste.
Pour into a steamed spoon mold cup, steam with high heat for about 15 minutes (preheat the steam first, cover the lid with a napkin).
