Bahan
120 g tepung tapioka
30 g tepung ketan
120 g gula pasir
½ sdt garam
1 sdm santan kara
350 ml air
2 tetes pasta pandan/pewarna hijau
==>campur semua bahan aduk rata, masak dlm panci menggunakan api kecil hingga meletup”, aduk terus agar tdk lengket/gosong, angkat
Tuang ke dlm wadah tahan panas, lalu kukus 15 menit. angkat biarkan dingin
Potong” lalu gulingkan di kelapa parut

Pelapis
50 g kelapa parut kering
10 ml santan kara
sejumput garam
40 ml air panas
==>campur jd satu semua bahan dan kukus selama 10 menit.
