Puding jagung

Bahan:
-2 buah jagung
-1 bungkus agar2 swallow putih
-700 ml air matang
-65 ml santan kara
-200 gr gula pasir (sesuai selera)
-3 sachet skm putih

Cara:
1)blender jagung bersamaan air matang lalu saring dan buang ampasnya
2)dalam panci masukkan hasil saringan jagung,santan,agar2,gula pasir,skm,kemudian aduk rata
3)masak dgn api sedang sambil terus diaduk sampai mendidih,angkat,aduk sebentar agar uap berkurang
4)tuang dalam cetakan,biaekan uap hilang,dan masukkan dalam kulkas,puding siap dinikmati
