Resep
🥜500gr kcng tanah
🥜100gr cabe merah keriting
🥜5buah cabe rawit merah
🥜50gr bwng putih
🥜50gr kencur
🥜250gr gula merah, iris2
🥜50gr asam jawa,beri 4sdm air hangat lalu saring
🥜15lembar daun jeruk,buang tulang nya
🥜2sdt garam

Cara:
🥜goreng kcng tanah smp mateng, setlh dingin br diblender smp halus/sesuai selera
🥜cabe, bwng putih dan kencur digoreng smp layu,tiriskan
🥜setlh itu blender cabe, bwng, kencur, daun jeruk, garam dan air asam jawa smp halus. Lalu masukkan gula merah blender lg sm rata
🥜terakhir tuang bumbu td ke dlm kcng tanah yg sdh halus,aduk rata smp bumbu mengumpal.
Note:
-setlh jadi bumbu simpan dikulkas, bs tahan smp 1bulan loh atau dibekukan tahan lbh lama x👍.
-dan sdh ada yg jualan loh dgn resep ini, jgn takut yg pny resep super baik
