AYAM GORENG BUMBU KARI

Bahan :
1/2 kg ayam (aku pakai sayap)
1 buah jeruk nipis
200 ml air

Bumbu :
4 siung bwg putih, haluskan
1 ruas jahe, haluskan
2,5 sdt madras curry powder
1,5 sdt garam
1 sdt lada bubuk

Cara buat :
1. Cuci bersih ayam dengan air jeruk nipis. Tiriskan
2. Campur ayam dengan semua bumbu remas2 hingga tercampur rata, diamkan di kulkas semalaman
3. Pindakan ayam ke wajan anti lengket, tambahkan air. Masak/ungkep ayam hingga air habis. Koreksi rasa
4. Panaskan minyak, goreng ayam hingga matang dan kuning kecoklatan. Angkat dan sajikan
