AYAM GORENG KALASAN


AYAM GORENG KALASAN

Bahan
1 ekor ayam
500 ml air kelapa
1 sdm kecap manis
1/2 keping gula merah
2 lembar daun jeruk
2 lembar salam
2 sdt garam
1 sdt kaldu jamur
1 buah jeruk nipis
2 siung bawang putih halus

Bumbu halus
4 siung bawang putih
1 sdt merica halus
1 ruas lengkuas

Langkah
1. Bersihkan ayam, lumuri dg jeruk nipis dan baput halus. Marinasi 30 menit.
2. Didihkan air kelapa, masukkan bumbu halus, daun jeruk, daun salam, kecap manis, gula merah dan garam. Aduk merata.
3. Kecilkan api, kemudian masukkan ayam. Ungkep ayam hingga air kelapa menyusut. Angkat.
5. Terakhir jika ingin lgsg menyantap ayam, bisa di goreng atau dibakar (sesuai selera). Jika masih ada sisa ayam bisa dimasukkan kulkas.
6. Utk gula merah, garam dan merica sesuai selera
