ES GABUS COCOPANDAN

Bahan A :
100 gram Tepung hunkwe
200 ml Santan kental instan
500 ml Air
Sejumput Garam
Bahan B :
60 ml Kental manis cocopandan
1 sdm Gula pasir
3 tetes Pasta cocopandan
Bahan C :
75 gram Gula pasir
1 sachet Kental manis putih
1 lembar Daun pandan, remas2
3 tetes Pewarna biru

Cara :
1. Campur rata bahan A, bagi 2
2. Campur rata setengah bagian bahan A dg bahan B
3. Masak sampai kental meletup2
4. Tuang ke loyang/wadah yg dialasi plastik, sisihkan
5. Campur rata setengah bagian bahan A dg bahan C
6. Masak sampai kental meletup2
7. Tuang diatas adonan pink. Biarkan dingin di suhu ruang, lalu simpan kulkas selama 2 jam
8. Keluarkan dr loyang, potong2
9. Bungkus plastik, bekukan di freezer
10. Setelah beku biarkan sebentar di suhu ruang, siap dinikmati
NOTE : Jika suka manis, gula/kental manis ditambah ya. .
