Pakis cah teri terasi

Bahan:
•1 ikat pakis(ambil bagian mudanya aja lalu cuci bersih).
•Segenggam ikan teri/ebi.
•Garam dan penyedap jamur secukupnya.
Bumbu halus:
•Bawang merah,bawang putih,kemiri,cabe merah,dan sedikit terasi.
Cara:
1.Tumis bumbu halus sampai wangi,masukkan ikan teri/ebi, aduk” lalu masukkan pakisnya,aduk kembali.
2.Tambahkan air,garam dan penyedap jamur,aduk2,tes rasa.
3.Setelah pakis matang dan air menyusut matikan api.
4.Angkat dan siap disajikan.
