Sayur Trancam


SAYUR TRANCAM

Bahan:
– 1/2 buah kelapa yg masih muda, parut. – 1 ikat kacang panjang, potong kecil2.
– 1 bks toge pendek
– 3 buah timun yg agak besar, potong kecil2.
– 2 ikat kemangi.
– secukupnya pete cina (sy gak pake krn lagi gak ada)

Bumbu utk kelapa, haluskan:
– 5 siung baput
– 6 cabe keriting, 5 cabe rawit
– 3 ruas kencur (atau sesuai selera)
– 5 lbr daun jeruk
– 3 sdm gula (atau sesuai selera)
– 1,5 sdt garam (sesuaikan aja)
– penyedap secukupnya

Cara masak
1. Campur bumbu halus dgn kelapa parut, ratakan sampai semua bumbu membalur kelapa.
2. Cicipi sedikit rasanya. Kalau saya suka trancam yg rasanya cenderung manis gurih.
3. Sangrai kelapa di atas wajan anti lengket.
4. Baru campurkan kelapa ke wadah yg telah berisi potongan sayuran.
